Positive cases of Covid-19 in
Indonesia were first detected on March 2, 2020. Since then, the number of
Covid-19 positive cases has increased day by day. In response to the spread of
Covid-19, various parties work together to raise public funds, including BTS
fans, Indonesian ARMY (Indomy).
Through Kitabisa.com page
(https://kitabisa.com/campaign/btsarmylawancorona), Indomy united in a
humanitarian action titled "BTS Army Indonesia Charity Against
Corona". This project has started from March 20, 2020 until April 12,
2020. Until I write this article now, the donations already reach 396M
IDR (±25000 USD) from 7795 donations and successfully surpass the target 377M
IDR.
[updated by April 12,2020 the donations reach 398.764.891M IDR/25661.37 USD]
amount of donations |
There's something cute from this fundraiser. At first the target was 77M
IDR, and when it's surpass the target they changed it to 177M IDR, and then it
surpass it again. They raised the target to 207M IDR. It's already surpass the
target again, until they keep raised to 377M IDR since this project still have
many days left for donating. The donations will be distributed entirely to
assist in the form of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), disinfectants, daily
needs for isolated families of underprivileged, and assistance to medical
personnel, and other initiatives that are expected to help the general public.
Actually this project was formed
