The frigid weather gives way to clear and sunny skies, leading many to wonder when the flowers will start blooming this year. This March has been warmer than the last, giving spring an earlier start. Beginning with the blooming of forsythias around March 30, other spring varieties are expected to follow. Flowers are predicted to bloom 1-4 days earlier compared to last spring.

Every spring, millions gather to this particular festival to view the beauty of the cherry blossoms, azaleas, and forsythias all in one place.
